ROMA IN TRE BOOKLET
According to legend of Fontana Di Trevi, which is located at the junction of 3 roads in Rome, Italy, a person can return to Rome after tossing a coin into the fountain. A few years ago I did that as a tourist, and then I was back in Rome, 3 years later, as a student, so I decided to base my project on the number 3, since it was important to me with regards to Rome. A small accordion fold book was created, illustrating the number 3 in various forms in the city. Along with the images that I have captured, I translated the subject in each photo into 3 languages: Italian, English, and Arabic. This booklet is a glimpse of the city of Rome, with the number 3 as the main focus. It represents many different aspects of the city, from typography, to culture, religion, architecture, heritage, nature, transportation, retail, food, art, tourism, and animals.
